Her guiding philosophy, 'Feel better in your body,' reflects her commitment to personalized wellness. Specializing in one-on-one and small group sessions, Kate skillfully tailors her programs to meet individual needs, integrating strength training, Pilates, yoga, cardio, and mindful meditation.

A respected faculty member at the University of Oregon since 2008, Kate’s expertise spans several disciplines. She is a certified personal trainer and a skilled yoga instructor, versed in Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Kundalini styles, complemented by her proficiency in Stott-style Pilates. In collaboration with nutrition expert Nicole Joyce, she offers a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring clients receive a balanced blend of physical training and nutritional guidance.
